Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. You will work with a dedicated team to maintain residential and commercial properties, ensuring they look their best year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.
Assist with the installation of sod, plants, flowers, and trees.
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, edgers, and blowers.
Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and trash.
Assist in hardscaping projects like laying patios, walkways, fencing or retaining walls.
Follow safety protocols and operate equipment in a safe manner.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow removal as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in landscaping or similar outdoor work.
Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Experience in Retaining walls, hardscapes, and concrete is a PLUS
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
