Industrial paint shop painter needed.

I DO NOT NEED HOUSE PAINTERS.
HLVP painter needed. Experience is not required.
You will be spraying mostly the same material everyday.
Work is sometimes heavy, always dusty and loud.
It is cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
When you reply let me know if you have ever done any painting. Not a requirement, I just want to know if you know what you are getting into.
Heavy lifting is required.
Wearing a respirator is required. You must be clean shaven.
You must be at least 5'10" to reach everything. You can be too tall. 6'1" or so is maximum.
I need someone who is quality conscious, reliable and a self motivated worker.
If you need someone telling you what to do all the time and holding your hand, this isn't the job for you.
Must have your own transportation.
8:00AM until we are done Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays.
Pay is weekly (first week delayed)
Hours are about 36+ per week.

Pay is $13.00 plus $50.00 weekly bonus (So $14+ / hour if you are on-time)
