✅ Valid Oklahoma DEQ Certification for septic system installation
✅ Experience operating backhoes, excavators, or skid steers
✅ Knowledge of septic layouts, leach fields, and system components
✅ Ability to read site plans and follow DEQ regulations
✅ Strong work ethic and reliability – must be dependable and safety-focused
