Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Foundation Repair Specialist to lead and execute foundation repair projects. This person will play a key role in developing our new service line — from assessing structural issues to recommending and implementing repair solutions.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and evaluate foundation issues (cracks, settling, water intrusion, etc.)
Recommend repair methods and materials based on site conditions and structural requirements
Perform hands-on repair work including pier installation, slab leveling, drainage solutions, and other corrective measures
Work with our management team to establish efficient workflows, material sourcing, and project standards
Provide guidance and training for crew members as the division grows
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in foundation repair or structural remediation
Strong knowledge of foundation systems, soil conditions, and repair techniques
Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings
Experience with helical piers, push piers, slab jacking, or waterproofing systems is a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality workmanship
