Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYONEOK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide comprehensive support for data and reporting solutions. This individual will serve as a key contact for internal customers and will be responsible for addressing inquires, troubleshooting, and educating employees on ONEOK data visualization and reporting technologies. The ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service, advanced communication skills, proven trouble shooting experience, an understanding of data structures, experience writing calculated expressions, and a good working knowledge of modern reporting solutions. An ideal candidate would also have TIBCOSpotfire, Power BI, or Qlik experience.This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.Job Profile SummaryLead role responsible for managing, planning, and implementing solutions to streamline data and processes, achieve consistency and quality of information and make business-critical data available in a timely manner.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact to provide data and reports for key questions that arise from operational tasks and projects associated with business goals and initiatives.

Gather and document business requirements to determine the capabilities that need to be delivered. Consult with the users on the priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements. Provide project estimates for proposed changes, when necessary.

Identify and develop recommendation for business process flows, rules, glossary terms, data catalog entries, data models, data lineage and data-flows, as needed, within the organization.

Partner with subject-matter experts to validate accuracy and consistency of data and drive efforts to monitor data quality and ensure conformity with established metrics. Provide solutions to improve accuracy and quality.

Obtain, analyze, manipulate, clean, reconcile and process large, complex sets of data to derive insight. Provide solutions to fill identified gaps in data and analytics.

Create business-driven dashboards and reports, with limited supervision, for repeatable use by various teams related to midstream business and operational statistics.

Develop and present results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other end users as needed.

Maintain ownership and accountability of reports critical to decision making and ensure consistency across reports by producing reliable and repeatable analytics.

Facilitate training that supports the use of data governance applications, data visualization technologies and other data and reporting tools.

Implement existing policies, guidelines and standards impacting data governance efforts, including but not limited to:

Regularly monitoring access to data and reports.

Ensuring data is appropriately classified and managed.

Confirming data and reports meet appropriate requirements.

Work, with general supervision, across multiple teams to effectively lead projects with well-defined scope while fostering strong customer relationships. Propose and maintain project endeavors, develop plans and reports, monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Assist with development and maintenance of data governance best practices and documentation while also researching emerging data governance industry trends and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field with specific job-related experience as follows:

Work Experience

Experience creating reports, graphics, charts, and visualizations that communicate business critical information from large data sets, including researching, compositing, reconciling, and preparing reports, studies, recommendations and correspondence applicable to position.

Experience working with database management systems, modeling data relationships and scripting SQL.

Experience in business or process analysis, software development lifecycle and change management techniques including identification of potential process solutions. preferred

Experience improving and automating workflows and integrations using RPA tools. preferred

Experience working in various mid- or back-office functions of energy related businesses.

Experience in applying project management techniques. preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Skills in: relational database design including table structures, indexes and primary/foreign key fields.

Skills in: use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.

Skills in: interacting, advising and communicating effectively.
