Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineer supporting Systems Engineer Maintenance Planning and Logistics sustainment tools who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFLCMC/LP at Tinker AFB, OK.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts fielded programs and assets. This includes working with MAJCOM customers, field and depot units to implement/field Systems Engineer Maintenance Planning & Logistics (SEMPL) sustainment tools across engine fleets and programs.
  • Perform reliability and cost analysis to optimize maintenance Depot, Intermediate and Organizational-level maintenance.
  • Manage, use and improve fleet simulation models and tools.
  • Perform and function as the Project Manager when tasked.
  • Actively coach LP working level personnel on the uses and benefits of SEMPL and collect their improvement suggestions.
  • Supply systems engineering processes to aeronautical propulsion systems.
  • Provide a working knowledge of propulsion system development.
  • Provide accountability and discipline to the systems engineering process by establishing and maintaining key technical management activities throughout a program's life cycle. The key technical management activities include configuration identification, configuration status accounting, configuration control, verification/audits and data management.
  • Apply policies, requirements, systems, and procedures for the definition, establishment, verification and control of technical product data (also known as engineering data).
  • Support translation of user requirements into system requirements, which will be used to design, develop, fabricate, test and evaluate systems, subsystem and equipment for eventual fielding and deployment.
  • Perform technical / mission analyses of existing and future operational requirements, assist in developing system concepts, and perform technological / trade-off assessments of proposed designs/modifications.
  • Assist, review, and provide recommendations for AFIs and other policy documents as required.

Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • MS in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering and ten (10) years of relevant experience

    OR
  • BS in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering and twelve (12) years of relevant experience
  • Desired: Logistics or maintenance management experience and familiarization with Systems Maintenance Planning and Logistics (SEMPL) suite of Reliability Centered Maintenance tools
