We’re seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and provide exceptional customer service to fill an entry level loan officer position with a well-established finance company in downtown Tulsa.
Key Responsibilities:
Process loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Reach out to slow accounts to follow up on payments.
Answer phone inquiries and provide assistance to clients.
Prepare and fill out loan documents.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Open new accounts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
No previous experience required; we’re looking for a quick learner with a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Cash handling experience is a significant plus!
