The CSI Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction across all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, and Parts. This position is responsible for monitoring manufacturer CSI scores, responding to customer feedback, and supporting internal teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is also the first "face" of our brand and dealership by managing the front desk and acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
