Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Specialist (level 4) to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Wichita, Kansas.Our team members enjoy and meet the challenges of working remotely, with requirements to travel up to 75% of the time to different supplier locations. Our team members recognize and appreciate the autonomy, trust and judgment granted to them, to ensure the oversight of our suppliers.Position Responsibilities:

Leads audits and assessments of complex supplier's systems, processes and products.

Documents and reports audit and assessment results.

Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers.

Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work.

Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.

Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to perform some work onsite at supplier facilities.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

5+ years of experience with composite processing, fabrication, or technologies

5+ years of experience conducting/leading QMS Audits

Experience working with Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14000

5+ years of experience of conducting Quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments

Capable of traveling up to 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience with special process with an emphasis on Composite technologies

Direct working experience with composite fabrication technologies.

Working knowledge with Non-Destructive Testing, Welding Inspection, Heat Treat, Chemical Processes, and Surface Enhancement (Shot Peening).

Working knowledge with PRI (Nadcap)

5+ years’ experience using analytical, collaborative, communicative and organizational skills.

3+ years’ experience with project leadership, including leading cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS Office tool suite.

Effective written and verbal communication skills
