Groundskeeper & Facilities Maintenance
We are looking for a new member to join our team! We are seeking a friendly & hardworking person who loves to be outdoors to play a valuable role in our company. The Facilities Maintenance and Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness, safety and functionality of the facility and grounds.
Duties would include:
Performing regular grounds maintenance including mowing lawns on a riding mower, trimming & edging, removal of down limbs, pine needles etc., at our main property and two offsite locations.
Operate hand tools and power equipment efficiently and safely
Performing basic interior maintenance
General cleaning in office, including mopping floors, dusting, cleaning & restocking bathrooms and kitchen, taking the trash out.
Running basic errands as requested by supervisors.
Potential for road trip deliveries
Must be able to work independently and self-motivated.
This is a full time position, Monday – Friday 8a-5p.
