Driver Managers are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, and management to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement

We have an opportunity for highly motivated professional individuals to help strengthen our Operations team. We are currently seeking Driver Managers for all shifts and days of the week, including night operations day shift M-F.

Job Duties:

Driver Managers are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, and management to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; dispatching and routing drivers on loads, managing loads from assignment to delivery, managing any problems that arise (e.g. late deliveries, unexpected fees/claims, equipment breakdown, driver problems, etc.), ensuring drivers abide by federal/state laws, answering phone lines, recommending strategies to generate resources and increase productivity. A reasonable number of driver are assigned to you, not 40-60under 30 drivers.

Great communication skills

Transportation Experience Preferred/ Will Train

Knowledge of DOT AND FMCSR regulations

Proficient in Hours of Service

Excellent Computer Skills

Knowledge of Windows operations

Great time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Maintenance and equipment knowledge
