We're covering all Reefer fuel to help with the rising costs of Fuel. We do have our own Direct Customer loads, they are drop and hook, and they load out of KS and IA. We are a small company that truly works with the drivers, EVERYONE in the company is paid by Percentage, no hourly or salary. This way, if the truck doesn’t make money, NO ONE makes money. Everyone in the company is/has been a CDL Driver! Driver Percentages are based on the Rate Confirmation’s Flat rate. We send the Real rate confirmation, what we get is what you get. We don’t generate rate cons AT ALL. The rest of the percentage goes towards Operating authority. All Accessorial pay is paid to the driver at 100%, This includes but not limited to Detentions, layovers, extra pay, etc. Everything is transparent, we work as a team from the office to the drivers. If the drivers are loaded and working, our office is also working. No matter the time, day, or holiday.
