JOB DESCRIPTION
The position supports Juniper employees, customers and vendors. A friendly and cooperative demeanor is crucial for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Handle customer calls and walk-in customers with courtesy.
Follow-up with customer concerns, inquiries and order status.
Maintain lines of communication with sales team about back orders, pricing, customer concerns and other information of interest.
Review inventory status allocation.
Update customer information, order forms and track shipments.
Maintains customer database including credits and orders for invoicing.
Ability to understand concerns and identify issues behind them.
Full time: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5pm
Salary: $20 per hour
