Kanpai currently has the opportunity for a kind, enthusiastic, and fast paced sushi chef to join our award winning kitchen. As Kanpai continues to grow, we are looking to expand the team. Our ideal new team member is someone with a firm understanding of maki, nigiri, and sashimi and enjoys working hard in a busy environment. Prior experience with broiler, sauté, and fryer stations also a huge plus.
Starting pay for an experienced sushi chef with this level of understanding starts at 23hr, plus nightly tip out. We also offer an owner matched retirement savings plan after 6months, nightly shift meals, and more.
