We are looking to add a Lead Line Cook to our team at Crux Fermentation Project.
A successful candidate will have prior leadership experience, a positive attitude, be a team player with the ability to both give and follow directions. The Lead Line Cook is responsible for opening and closing duties, and accountable for complete food preparation and supervision of junior staff in the kitchen. General supervision and direction are a key responsibility of being a Lead-Line Cook, ensuring that the kitchen is always functioning smoothly, safely and efficiently. This position reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.
