Duties & Responsibilities:
- To contribute to guest comfort and ensure the daily cleaning and tidying of all public areas, trash areas, parking lot, swimming pool, etc.
-Balancing swimming pool chemicals during Summer season
-Changing of lightbulbs, air conditioners/heaters, some electrical work
-Preventative Maintenance as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
- Ensures safety by following safety and sanitation procedures and reporting suspicious activity to management
- Inspecting each room for quality control
This position requires strong attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. The ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking all day.
Requirements:
-Friday & Saturday off

- Working well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
Hours: Start each day at 8:00 am until all daily work is done
5 days a week//25 to 40 hours a week, depending on work needed to be completed
Previous motel maintenance & laborer experience preferred, but not required.
Will train the right person.
NO layoffs during slow Season.
