About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Residential Roofing Sales Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing solutions, and helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, prepare accurate estimates, and guide them through every step of the sales process. You’ll work closely with our production and management teams to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on residential roofing leads
Conduct roof inspections and accurately assess project needs
Prepare detailed quotes and present solutions to homeowners
Maintain customer relationships and provide top-tier service
Collaborate with installation and project management teams
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing, construction, or exterior home improvement sales preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
