Here's what we're looking for:
- at least one year of experience as a painter or a job where you have worked with tools, worked outside, been part of a team that provides excellent customer service such as food service, manufacturing, landscaping or farming.
- Don't mind working hard and are eager to learn
- Want to grow your skills to move up in a company
