S&C Painting Solutions is seeking an experienced Traveling Paint Supervisor to oversee crews of 5–10 employees on both small demo scopes and large drywall and painting projects. This is a salaried $375/day position with all travel, room, and board paid while on the road.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise painting crews of 5–10 employees on various projects
Oversee small demo scopes and large drywall & painting scopes
Coordinate schedules, adapt to changes, and make decisions on the fly
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other trades
Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
Work alongside other trades during large-scale renovations

Requirements:
Painting experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
Some drywall experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple crews and adjust schedules as needed
Comfortable working around other trades in renovation settings
Travel required: Must be able to travel 50–75% of the year (primarily on the West Coast)
