Welding SupervisorPay: $30 - $35 per hourLocation: Clackamas, ORResponsibilities:
Take and read measurements to plan layout.
Set up parts for welding according to specifications.
Weld using MIG on aluminum and mild steel.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools.
Consistently meet production and quality requirements.
Inspect Welds and coach welders.
Provide feedback to the team.
Conflict Resolution.
Ensure production timelines are on track.
Qualifications:
Prior welding experience on aluminum and mild steel preferred.
Lead experience is highly desirable.
Shift:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.
