Benco is looking for a professional, positive, energtic team leader who will uphold the mission and values of our non-profit organization on a daily basis.

The Program Coordinator manages the daily operations of an adult IDD (Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled) home. This full-time position would include supervising, training, scheduling and evaluating up to 17 employees, including nurses. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the care and lives of up to 5 adult individuals in the home.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ management/supervisory experience, and 2 years’ experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or at least two years’ college. The ideal candidate would be motivated, be a self-starter, be organized and able to prioritize.

The days and hours for the position are generally Monday-Friday 8a-4p, however the candidate must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a salaried exempt position.

The candidate must be at least 18 years of age. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Starting wage range DOE $44,928.00 - $55,120.00/annually.

Benco offers a great raise schedule. The employee will receive a raise every 6 months for the first 2 years and annually thereafter. Raise schedule is as follows: 6 months-3% increase, 1 year-5% increase, 1.5 year-3% increase, 2 year-5% increase and a 6% increase annually thereafter until you meet the cap for that position. Current cap is $74,480.64/annually.
