Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 DOE + Commissions and Car allowance
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: On-Site in Albany, OR (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
Responsibilities:
This is an internal position in our Oregon Exact Staff branch and is a key role to developing and growing our business.
The primary focus as a Business Development/Outside Sales Rep is to identify sales leads, introduce our staffing and workforce solutions to new clients, and maintain a superior working relationship with current clients.
Establish, develop and maintain client accounts in your designated territory.
Personally, meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis.
Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts.
Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
Previous B2B or Outside Sales experience is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer skills – Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
