Looking for a flexible side job that gets you out and about in local neighborhoods? We’re seeking a Compliance Coordinator to perform visual inspections for HOA communities in Umatilla, Hermiston, and Boardman.
What you’ll do:
Drive through each community once per month (about 30 minutes per visit)
Take brief notes and photos as needed
Email a short report to the community manager after each drive (about 60 minutes total)
Conduct quick “condo cert” inspections when a home sells – snap a photo and send a short email summary
Compensation:
$50 per monthly compliance inspection per community – $150/month total
$25 per condo cert inspection, $50 for rush requests
Depending on home sales, additional income averages $200–$300/month
Paid as a contractor, must invoice once/month
