WILLAMETTE KIDS’ PRESCHOOL IS HIRING QUALIFIED TEACHERS AND AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

We are looking for qualified Early Childhood Teachers to add to our team at Willamette Kids Child Development Center in Eugene.

We are hiring an assistant director as well as 2 full time teaching positions. The right candidates would have knowledge in early childhood best practices and qualify as a teacher by ORO standards. They must be registered in ORO, be currently enrolled in the central Background Registry, have current CPR first aide (or obtain in 90 days of employment) and have current food handlers card.

The Assistant Director must qualify under Oregon law in the role of assistant director. The right candidate would possess all the qualifications required to fulfill this roll as well as have excellent communication skills, be a self starter, have basic computer skills (including quick books- word and publisher or willing to learn), have very good customer service skills, be able to work closely with the Director in collaborative ways, and be able to multitask.

We use a combination of High Scope, Emergent, and Reggio techniques to offer our students a well-rounded approach that strives to meet every student’s developmental needs. Our goals include providing a foundation that fosters the growth of each child’s mind, body, and spirit in a supportive-nurturing-environment.
