Our Hawaiian restaurant is a vibrant oasis that celebrates the rich flavors and relaxed vibes of the islands. We are seeking a passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team and elevate our guests' experience with handcrafted libations at our Springfield Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Mixology Mastery:
Create and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails inspired by Hawaiian flavors and culture.
Showcase expertise in mixology techniques.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the owners to contribute ideas for unique and innovative cocktail offerings.
Stay current on beverage trends and suggest seasonal updates to the cocktail menu.
Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional and friendly service to guests, sharing your knowledge of cocktail ingredients and preparation methods.
Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences and the flavors they enjoy.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a sanitary and inviting environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Lani Moku staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Monitor and manage inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Share knowledge about the unique ingredients used in our cocktails, promoting an educational and enjoyable dining experience.
Conduct occasional special events including but not limited to special events, cocktail workshops, tastings for special guests, etc.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on craft cocktails.
Thorough understanding of mixology techniques and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Hawaiian and tropical ingredients is a plus.
TIPS or other relevant certifications are desirable.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
