Location: Euguene Metro Area, Oregon

Position dates: 10/28/24 - 04/01/2025

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $21.50/HR

Basic Summary of Duties:

Reception duties that include responding to inquiries from the general public regarding hearing process by telephone or

in-person

Greeting and assisting agency customers and Hearing participants

Communicates and assists agency staff regarding day-to-day operations

Reserve Hearing rooms for hearings meetings or for other agency staff that use OAH Hearing rooms

Use of telephones

Scanning duties

Emails

Duties as assigned by lead worker and/or management

Requirements:

Must have a clear background and pass background check

At least 1 year of full time office experience

Ability to work independently and under the direction of team members

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication

Must represent themselves as a community partner

Supports, respects, and fosters diversity in the workplace

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Associate degree or college course work in a related field is desirable.

Other combinations of experience and education which meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.
