We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers to join our team today!

This is an entry level position, no prior experience needed, we provide paid training and the tools to ensure your success.

OSLP is not a large group facility. We operate homes in the Eugene and Springfield area, with no more than 4 residents per home. Staffing ratios are always low! You’ll have a chance to get to know each and every person you are supporting, and create a relationship that could last a lifetime.

We have day, swing and noc shifts available right now! You do need a valid Oregon Driver's license to work the Day and Swing Shift.

For those who do have experience, we also have openings for Assistant Managers.

What you will be doing:

As a DSP you will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in ways that enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those we support.

Job duties included and not limited to:

Providing person centered companionship

Preparing meals and cleaning

Plan and participate activities in the community

Ensure daily tasks to provide a safe and heathy home

Possibly nursing delegations (not in all homes)

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old

Must be able to pass federal background check

Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds

Valid Oregon’s Driver’s License
