Currently looking for an in-house medical staffer / recruiter. This position would be 8a to 5p Monday through Friday. Duties include, but not limited to
Updating medical facility needs / orders
Emailing orders to medical staff (CNA's, med passers, nurses)
Emailing medical facilities for confirmations / cancellation and updating employee records
Credentialing employees and keeping track of expirations of medical license's, CPR cards, etc.
Keeping detailed records
Entering applicants into our software
Must be computer literate, E-Mails, Google Docs
On-boarding new hires
Answering phones
Requesting and cancelling shifts to medical facilities for CNA's, nurses, etc.
Following up with facilities for shifts that are pending and haven't been confirmed
Update social media sites and place recruiting ads on Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, etc
Payroll experience helpful (Helping with payroll, data entry, calculating overtime and holiday pay)
Once you feel comfortable enough, you can call or visit medical facilities to earn their business which would be your account and would receive commission.
Eligible for 401k after one year with the company
Medical, dental and vision after probation period
16 days of PTO after hired on permanently
After 5 years PTO jumps to 21 days
1 week stay with 2 airfare tickets to Hawaii after 3 years with the company
