We are hiring for part-time and full-time day shifts and evening shifts. No experience necessary but is a plus. Flexible hours ranging between 7:00am - 2:00am Monday thru Sunday. Paid training. We offer competitive wages between $17.00 to $22.50 depending on experience, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for advancement. Job Requirements:
· Valid Oregon driver’s license
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Your Own Reliable Vehicle
· Smart Phone
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
· Must be able to move at a fast-paced.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
· Cleaning/Sanitizing Exam rooms
· Emptying trash and recycling
· Window cleaning
· Cleaning restrooms, break rooms and kitchens.
· Refill and stock all paper products.
· Refill soap and hand sanitizer dispensers.
· Clean your equipment and stock your supplies weekly.
· Clean each job-site and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to our company's highest standards.
· Work with minimal supervision.
· Assess each job-site, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize each job-site per client’s requests.
· Build positive relationships with clients and other staff members.
· Accept support and positive corrective criticism from others.
· Deliver your highest quality of customer service skills possible at all times.
· Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed.
· Comply with proper safety policies and procedures (i.e. when using cleaning supplies, reporting incidents, etc.)
· Ensure all equipment and supplies are not left behind at each job-site.
· Ensure all supplies and equipment are labeled correctly, clean and safe.
· Accurately use Jobber to view your schedules (notes) and clocking in/out.
· Report any complaints, issues and problems to management as soon as possible.
· Attend all staff meetings.
