Position Details:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Duties Include:
-Primary responsibilities include lawn care, planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
-Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
-Assist with the installation of landscape features such as trees, shrubs, flowers, and hardscaping elements (as needed)
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment at each job site
Requirements:
-Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) while maintaining safety and efficiency
-Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
-Ability to work well in a team environment, follow directions, and complete tasks independently when necessary
