Dr. Casey Ferguson, D.C., is excited to welcome a dedicated Chiropractic office assistant to our thriving chiropractic clinic in Eugene, Oregon. We are located at 388 South Garden Way, our clinic is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we’re seeking a team member who shares our passion for healing and wellness. We have a position available for immediate hire.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, personable applicant who has a passion for learning and wants to develop a career in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, assisting patients with scheduling and checking in/out.
Manage appointment scheduling and office calendar.
Assist with billing, payments, and insurance verification as needed.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and other office duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
We will train, but experience as a receptionist or medical office experience is preferred.
What We Offer
$18 per hour
Flexible Schedule: Part-time starting at 20+ hours/week, with the potential to scale to full-time (30+ hours/week).
