Wireless Advocates operates retail kiosks and online sales activities for our retail partner Costco Wholesale, Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES), Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), and Navy Exchange (NEX). As a DirecTV Sales Expert (DSE), you?ll work in a Wireless Advocates-branded kiosk in our Costco channel, serving one of the nation?s leading retailers. You?ll work closely with your Kiosk Manager to deliver outstanding sales results, operational excellence and an exceptional member experience. You will utilize your sales skills to help customers select the best plan and product that will suit their needs. Each interaction allows you to build trust, educate your customer and offer a variety of options and solutions. This position requires evenings and weekends, Thursday through Monday. The DSE will be responsible to achieve DirecTV monthly Sales Goals at the Wireless Kiosk. Teamwork with Kiosk Associates is a requirement to succeed in this role. The DSE will report to the Kiosk Manager at this location.WHAT KIND OF SALES PERSON ARE YOU? You are the type of sales expert who creates a positive member experience.
