Position Open: Customer Service & Inside Sales. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Springfield, OR

What You’ll Do:

Build and successfully maintain customer relationships and provide customer support for company products. Our companies are Industrial Source, National Extinguisher Service, National Fire Fighter Corp., and LPM Systems. Note: This position will 100% support LPM SystemsLabeling, Packaging, Marking. Determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales support process

Seek new sales opportunities via phone calls to new and existing customers to increase business via their referrals or our business relationships. Being motivated to continue these outreach sales calls with high probability of hearing the word “no” more than you’d like is critical

Problem-solve and actively seek solutions with grace & integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Be a trusted primary point of contact for our customers while also working as a team with account managers in the field

Create and maintain a database of potential customers to use as a tool for proactive on-going sales & customer service follow up

Fully understand our products, brand, and customers

Pro-actively keep everyone in the loop with your professional communication

Understanding of who your customers are. Your primary customers are within a variety of different industries, including but not limited to wineries, food packaging and processing, roofing manufacturers, beverage distributors, and retail sales.
