What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified homeowners to provide professional roofing, siding, and remodel estimates
Educate customers honestly — focusing on quality, longevity, and real value, not hype
Present clear options that fit the homeowner’s needs and budget
Use AccuLynx CRM to track opportunities and communication
Represent the Home Pros brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For
Proven sales or estimating experience in roofing, siding, or home services
A high-performing professional who values honesty and long-term relationships
Strong closer with excellent communication and follow-up
Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
