Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters in all aspects of fence and deck construction, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Help with the installation and repair of fences, decks, gates, and related structures.
Drive company truck to do regular dump runs
Pickup supplies and materials as needed on a regular basis
Tow trailers as needed
Perform general construction tasks such as digging post holes, mixing concrete, and carrying materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
2 years of construction related experience
Clean driving record and experience driving trailers
Ability to use basic carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
