Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring a Countertop Estimator/Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who can help support our countertop division.
Key Responsibilities
Complete accurate take-offs and prepare internal pricing summaries from architectural plans.
Create and maintain thorough documentation to support the sales and estimating process.
Prepare countertop shop drawings for client review and production.
Coordinate client and vendor sample requests.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, field managers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
Purchase countertops from domestic and international suppliers.
Coordinate import logistics, including ocean container scheduling and delivery.
Track project timelines to ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid customer service and basic business knowledge.
Key Competencies
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications.
Cost analysis and estimating abilities.
Excellent time management and ability to meet bid and project deadlines.
Adaptable, dependable, and able to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
