Electrical Contractor seeks Electrician.
I’m an out of area Contractor that has 2 projects. Could you use some extra income?
Part time after hours or weekends are ok.
The first one to tackle is a 700’ 2 bedroom home that needs a new service with main, 200 amp breaker panel with a 125 amp sub panel in the garage in Sutherlin.
Top scale hourly pay DOE. Flat rate labor estimate may be acceptable. Bonus for performance and completion. Ability to work independently is required.
Labor provided. Helper provided. Materials delivered. Runner waiting to shag shite.
2 residential projects on the books ready to go. Both are remodels and will pay well. Both require new service entrances. One is an extensive relocation involving multiple old panels.
Work is to begin May 4/5.
If you would like a greater degree of independence than being in a typical “employee”/ “employer” relationship and greater rewards for your effort this may be your opportunity.
I’m honest and straightforward. My word is my bond. I’m ok with signing a Contract as that may be best for both of both of us.
