Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
TK Metalworks is looking for motivated individuals seeking a career in the sheet metal construction field. We are seeking individuals for day shift (Monday -Thursday- 6:00 am -4:30 PM)
TK Metalworks is offering career opportunities to qualified candidates to fill positions of all levels. Offers competitive wages and compensation package. Experience in carpentry, production work and steel and aluminum fabrication is helpful.
Welders /Fabricator must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Candidates who are willing to learn and enjoy challenges as well as learning new skills are encouraged to apply. The following are some of the requirements for all shop positions:
· Have reliable transportation
· Be punctual
· Follow direction and work in a team environment
· Read a tape measure
· Problem solve
· Learn how to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment in a safe manner
Some of the daily tasks for this position are…
-Ability to read and interpret prints
-Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
-Forklift driving
-Palletizing and boxing product
-Loading trucks
