Farm Delivery Driver / Warehouse assistant
Job Type: Part -Full Time, Year-Round
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage ($19.00-22.00), Depending on Experience
Position Overview: This position will assist the Farm Sales team in all aspects of Deck Family Farm and Full Farm CSA sales: driving to and from farmers markets, picking up vendor products, and organizing product and inventory (warehousing). The job will include one weekends day of approximately 15 hours, and an additional 14-20 hours of warehouse, office and administrative work throughout the week.

-Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding company standards and values
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, vendors and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
-The ability to work closely with a multifaceted team on the farm and at the farmer’s markets
-Good attention to detail
-Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50lbs intermittently throughout the day), stand for extended periods, and work in refrigeration
-Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus, but we are willing to train.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
