Alvarez Restoration & Construction is a large and rapidly growing restoration company seeking honest, skilled, and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are actively expanding our Mitigation and Repair Department, and experienced carpenters go straight to the front of the line. Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits.
We are currently hiring for mitigation technicians as well as experienced carpenters.
Because we work primarily inside customers’ homes, cleanliness, professionalism, and good personal presentation are essential.
Employee Expectations
We are looking for motivated individuals who can:
1.Demonstrate carpentry experience
2.Safely operate power tools
3.Provide their own basic hand tools/tool bags
4.Maintain a clean and professional appearance
5.Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
6.Work effectively in a team environment
7.Use a smartphone for digital time sheets and jobsite photos
8.Work hard, show initiative, and be willing to learn
9.Perform any tasks assigned by the project manager, including work in difficult conditions such as crawlspaces or attics (restoration work can be dirty at times)
