Description We are looking for a customer service representative for a one day project. Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer accounts Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Handle inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer databases Manage email correspondence with customers Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create reports and documents Operate barcode scanners when necessary.Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls Experience in a call center customer service environment Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Proficient in handling email correspondence and managing customer inquiries via email Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Familiarity with order entry procedures and systems Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and in a timely manner Experience with barcode scanners is a plus Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work in a team environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
