North Medford apartment complex is looking for a full time maintenance manager to join our team. We are a drug free smoke free apartment complex located in east Medford.
This position is responsible for the care, maintenance and repairs of the apartment complex.
This is a salaried position that offers employer paid medical insurance.
Responsibilities:
Painting indoor and outdoor
Maintenance and repairs relating to apartment turnovers
Clearing garbage disposals, drains and toilets
Replacing light switches, sockets, fixtures and electric receptacles and performing other electrical work
Keeping the grounds and common areas neat and tidy
Adjusting irrigation time clocks, and minor sprinkler repair
Moving appliances, and appliance repair
Replacing faucets, sinks, toilets and other related repairs
Coordinating and obtaining bids for repairs and maintenance done by outside parties
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
Must have basic construction tools
Experience in maintenance or related field
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
Ability to read and execute work orders provided by resident manager
Excellent customer service and social skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
Ability to lift 50lbs
