We are a local green manufacturer who specializes in reclaimed woods. We globally source both domestic and exotic materials and reinvigorate them in our fully equipped production facility into finished flooring, paneling, siding, decking, tables and other finished surfaces. Our products often are featured in the commercial & residential work of acclaimed architects and designers across the United States.

We are looking for an individual to join the Finish team. The ideal candidate will be excited at the opportunity to develop a career in producing a broad array of quality-driven wood finishes with sustainable products. Eligible candidates will be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and the willingness to listen, learn, retain and repeat the skills we will teach you.

The Finish team is a small, dedicated team where collaboration is paramount to ensure projects are completed safely, timely and at the highest quality possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Application of stain, paint, oil, polyurethane and other wood finishes.

Assist with and operation of semi-automated finishing equipment.

Workmanship & product quality assessment and control.

Finished material pack out and prep for shipment - lifting ability required.

Full time M-F, 7-3:30 plus necessary overtime.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with wood finishes and industry coating a plus, but not required.

Experience with production line equipment a plus, but not required.

Critical understanding of finished product quality expectations.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate tasks efficiently.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.

Must be able to accept overtime and weekend work as required.

Compensation:

$13.50/hour to start with 90-day consideration DOE & performance.
