Local construction contractor seeking a recent or future graduate to join our team and help us with our technology and cyber security. Position is full time, based in Coos County but travel will be required periodically, a company car will be provided. Description:
Protect Company from cybersecurity threats and surrogate wide IT
Coordinate training for current and new Company personnel to detect cybersecurity threats
Coordinate with current and future third parties to increase security
Periodic testing of cyber security and communication of results
Manage all technology hardware for Company
Stay up to date on emerging technologies that can streamline Company processes
Manage and improve phone systems
Participate in weekly Company meetings with updates and cyber security recommendations
Manage websites and content, domains, emails, social media and subscriptions
Technology hardware and software procurement, setup, distribution and on-boarding to personnel
Technology hardware installations and integration at Company facilities in Oregon and Idaho
Manage electronic document distribution from clients and vendors to personnel
Help management develop and implement policies related to technology and social media
