Rogue Fabrication designs and manufactures tools for fabricators, racers, and builders. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is excellent with customers — and who may also enjoy technical problem-solving, documentation, or light technical work.
This is NOT a pure sales role and NOT a full engineering job. It IS a place where a curious, capable person can grow and take on higher-leverage work over time.
WHAT THE JOB IS
Answer incoming phone calls and emails (no cold calling)
Help customers choose the right tools and accessories
Process orders accurately and document details clearly
Coordinate with warehouse staff on shipping and special orders
Ask customers for reviews and feedback
Document website or system issues and submit clear help tickets
Training is provided on products and internal systems.
WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GROW (NICE-TO-HAVES, NOT REQUIRED)
We are especially interested in candidates who also enjoy one or more of the following:
Technical writing or creating clear instructions
Working in Excel beyond basic data entry
Light CAD work (SolidWorks, Fusion, Inventor, etc.)
Simple drawing revisions or product updates
Programming, scripting, or web tinkering
Learning how physical tools work (hands-on exposure provided)
If you have technical interests or side skills, tell us about them. You won’t be pigeonholed — and you won’t be expected to be an engineer.

Curious and willing to learn technical products
Shows up on time and follows through
Experience in customer service, technical support, fabrication, engineering tech, IT, or documentation is helpful but not required for the right person.
COMPENSATION
$20–$28 per hour, DOE
Most candidates will start toward the lower/middle end
Pay increases tied to demonstrated skills and contribution
Hourly, W-2 position
