We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish Appointment Setter & Customer Support Rockstar who can bring great vibes, clear communication, and awesome customer service to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talking with customers + merchants in Spanish & English
Setting appointments for our commerce and POS solutions
Helping customers with friendly, easy-to-understand support
Keeping notes organized and working with our team to keep things running smoothly
Being a key part of helping local businesses grow!
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish & English
High-energy, positive communicator
Great with people + loves helping others
Comfortable learning and explaining simple POS and commerce system features
Experience in customer service or appointment setting = a BIG plus!
