We are an independent automotive repair facility seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused Auto Parts Sales and Parts Repair Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and orders, assist customers in finding the right parts and for their vehicles and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing a warm and professional customer experience
Assist customers in identifying and locating auto parts
Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and specifications
Assist customers with inquiries about parts repair services, pricing, and availability
Coordinate with the repair technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate updates to customers
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for quick resolution
Process orders and manage transactions, including invoicing and payment collection
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive or parts repair industry
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes is a plus
Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
