Job Title: Graveyard Production AssociateJob DescriptionOperate machinery and equipment to dispense and fill 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes with chemicals used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Use Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls to transport empty drums and totes on conveyor lines and position them for filling. Ensure all quality standards are met, correct containers are used, and correct chemicals are filled. Clean or condition containers prior to filling, package filled containers for shipping, and follow detailed written instructions for proper filling. Perform basic math calculations and use computers. The role involves occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasional use of a respirator. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30pm-8:00am.Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment for dispensing and filling containers with chemicals.
Use HMI controls to manage conveyor lines and position containers for filling.
Fill containers to designated weights using machine controls.
Label and organize drums and totes.
Ensure all quality standards are met and correct materials are used.
Clean or condition containers prior to filling.
Package filled containers for shipping.
Follow detailed written instructions for proper filling procedures.
Perform basic math calculations.
Use computers for various tasks.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Use a respirator as needed.
Essential Skills

Work EnvironmentThe manufacturing facility is very clean, organized, and quiet. The work involves handling chemicals such as acids used in the semiconductor industry, which are filled into 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes through an automated process. Full PPE is required at all times to ensure safety. The facility uses complex piping and conveyor systems to manage chemical storage and distribution. The work environment includes wearing a bunny suit, gloves, safety glasses, and a respirator to maintain chemical purity and safety.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
