Job Description
Provide quality checks on all production materials
Communicate any quality issues with machine operators
Check samples every 30 minutes and save materials for manager to review
Strip loads when needed
Provide general housekeeping of production area as required
Shrink wrap or flat pack items for shipping
Perform various other general tasks as required
Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Trouble shooting/problem solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel.
Ability to read, comprehend and write correspondence and effectively preset information in one-on-one and small group situations to fellow employees.
Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
Work in a manufacturing plant utilizing hand tools, safety knives, packaging equipment, pallet jacks and standard safety equipment.
