Job Descriptiona. Responsible for designing and implementing processes and proceduresfor tracking and analyzing hardware, and equipment from procurement throughdisposal / retirement.b. Collaborate closely with Configuration manager.c. Establish metrics and reporting for asset compliance.d. Manage, monitor and regularly report on all aspects of the hardwareasset lifecyclee. Research industry best practices and compare against organization'spractices in order to establish benchmarks for managing hardware assetsf. Ensure effective management of BCBSA ServiceNow Asset Managementdatabaseg. Mandatory to have working experience with ServiceNowh. Document roadmap and strategy for Hardware Asset Managementi. Coordinate on hardware maintenance agreements.j. Recommend desk side asset refresh plans.k. Schedule, and coordinate on monthly reconciliations with Financedepartment.l. Coordinate on random floor inventorym. Coordinate on hardware refresh and disposal processes covered inServiceNow workflows.n.
